  • Tenant Screening and Placement: review credit history, criminal background, rental history, and employment history, verify current employment income
  • Rent Collection: collect rent to ensure efficient cash flow to the property owner using ACH (Automated Clearing House) to deposit funds directly into owner’s account
  • Lease Disputes, Breaches, and Evictions: resolve lease disputes amicably and with owner approval, follow proper procedure for eviction when required for delinquent tenants
